John Taylor graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995. He was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP until 2003, co-founded a small tax-only firm in West Los Angeles which he departed in August 2005, and now practices on his own. His principal areas of expertise include:

• FAS 109 compliance
• Representation before the IRS and FTB
• Service partnerships
• Foreign tax credit issues
• Small businesses
• Entertainers and athletes
Mr. Taylor will obtain staff-level assistance and collaborate with other CPAs and tax attorneys, but will have principal responsibility on all matters. The majority of his work will be performed on an hourly basis, but he will consider fixed-fee engagements. |
